Lisa has worked with children and families in CAMHS (Child Adolescent Mental Health Service), in the NHS for 10 years. She has worked with infants, children, adolescents and families with a wide range of difficulties and needs, including: children with social, emotional, behavioural and educational problems, children and parents who have suffered trauma, parents with complex mental health problems, families where there are safeguarding issues and concerns.

Lisa currently focuses her clinical time on providing I psychological assessments (individual, family, attachment, trauma, educational) and therapeutic interventions to children and families across the North West. She also offers consultation, supervision and training to statutory/non-statutory organisations in Liverpool and across the UK.

Lisa's specialist field and interest lies predominantly in the assessment of the 'parent-infant/child attachment relationship' and offering attachment-focused interventions that can support and enhance these key relationships. She is passionate about supporting parent-infant/child attachment relationships in infancy and beyond.

Lisa is familiar with the work of the family court and her input for this includes reports on the assessment of children who have been abused or neglected as well as attachment between infants, children, adolescents and their families.
