Recolo was started by three clinical psychologists – Doctors Jonathan Reed, Katie Byard and Howard Fine – who wanted to use their specialist knowledge, passion and extensive experience of child neuropsychology and neurorehabilitation to help children and their families.

Recolo has grown into a service employing a large group of highly professional clinicians and practitioners supported by a dedicated management team across the UK.

Our mission

Our purpose is to provide expert, high quality and effective community neuropsychological rehabilitation to children, young people and their families.

Through our evidenced-based practice, we aim to produce the best possible outcome for the child or young person with a brain injury and/or neurological disability, by working thoughtfully and creatively within their home, school, family and friendship group.

Our experience and the latest research show that children make the biggest improvement while being treated at home among their family, friends and in surroundings familiar to them.
